How It Works:
1. Host Walkthrough
(Before Guest Arrival):
Before every stay, complete a brief property walkthrough and document:

Plumbing or lighting quirks

Outdoor features or add-ons
You can upload optional photos or a short video to keep a visual log.
Note any existing wear-and-tear (e.g., “small scuff on table,” “handle already loose but replacement ordered”) to protect yourself upfront.
2. Guest Arrival Acknowledgment:
When guests arrive, they’re encouraged to do a quick walkthrough of their own.
They can confirm everything looks as expected — or submit a note/photo of anything they notice.

This helps eliminate confusion about pre-existing damage, sets expectations clearly, and builds trust between guest and host.
3. Host Post-Stay Walkthrough
(After Checkout):
Once guests leave, hosts complete a second walkthrough.
Any new damage or missing items not previously reported are flagged — and our internal review system can assist with proper next steps.
